Booking Policy
New clients, cover-ups and special needs/concerns must come in for a consultation.
All appointments require a deposit; the deposit is required at the time of booking and is put in place to reserve an appointment date and time.
By booking, you agree to all shop policies.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to reserve an appointment date and time. One deposit per appointment is required.
Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
In the case of rescheduling, deposits are moved forward one time with more than 7 days notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and no shows forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Habitual rescheduling, cancellations and no shows are not rescheduled.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes are considered a no-show and will likely be rescheduled. A new deposit will be required to secure a future date.
Shop Policy
No person under the age of 18 may be tattooed in Wisconsin, even with parental consent.
Please do not bring children to your tattoo appointment.
No smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no alcohol.
Designs are not sent in advance. Extensive last minute or same day changes will likely be rescheduled.
These requirements are rendered in respect for my time as well as all of my clients' time. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
Aftercare Instructions
Always wash your hands before touching your new tattoo.
You can keep your bandage on for up to 4-5 days. Unless you experience adverse effects, then remove immediately.
After bandage removal, wash your tattoo with antibacterial soap and water. Do not rub dry. Pat dry with a clean paper towel.
After washing, apply a light layer of Hustle Butter or Aquaphor. Apply as needed for the first week.
After the first week you can switch to unscented lotion. Avoid anything scented until fully healed.
Keeping your tattoo moisturized will help relieve the discomfort of itchiness.
Keep your tattoo clean, dry, and moisturized. Wash as needed, moisturize as needed.
Healing typically takes 6-8 weeks. Everyone's skin is different, everyone's health, immunity, and experiences are different. Healing varies from person to person. Healing times also depend on the placement, size, and extent of your tattoo.
Additional tips:
- Avoid direct sunlight while healing.
- Use sunscreen (50 SPF).
- Avoid swimming for the first week.
- Do not submerge until healed.
- Wear loose clothing.
- Do not pick, itch or scratch.
- Do not rebandage.
- Do not exfoliate while healing.
